Kindlife.in Raises $8M in Series A to Expand K-Beauty Offerings

Kindlife.in, a prominent platform specializing in beauty, wellness, and health, has successfully raised $8 million in its Series A funding round.

The round was led by JB-Dooeun TK Fund and MIXI Global Investments, with additional participation from Kalaari Capital and several angel investors. This new funding follows a previous seed round of $2.5 million in November 2021, which was backed by Kalaari Capital, Titan Capital, Java Capital, and others.

Founded by Radhika Ghai, Vidit Jain, and Manasa Garemella, Kindlife leverages proprietary AI technology to offer personalized skincare and wellness recommendations to Gen Z consumers. The platform provides exclusive and priority access to a range of popular global beauty brands, with a special focus on Korean and Japanese products.

The new capital will be instrumental in strengthening Kindlife’s connections between Korea, Japan, and India. The platform’s community, which includes thousands of beauty creators, is integral to its strategy.

These creators share recommendations and adopt a content-first approach to educate consumers on the latest K-beauty trends, capitalizing on the rising popularity of K-beauty driven by the Hallyu wave.

In the current calendar year, Kindlife plans to introduce over 20 Korean and Japanese beauty brands to its platform. This expansion is aimed at addressing the growing demand in India’s K-beauty market, enhancing the platform’s offerings and boosting consumer engagement.

Entrackr had exclusively reported Kindlife’s launch in September 2021, and since then, the company has continued to build a strong market presence. Supported by its innovative approach and strategic partnerships, Kindlife is well-positioned for future growth in the beauty and wellness sector.
